REPAIR TIPS
Keep it running longer.
Simple things you can do at home so it breaks less often.
- 01Kettle
Descale your kettle once a month
Boil equal parts water and white vinegar, leave it for an hour, then rinse. This keeps it heating well and switching off on time.
- 02Mixer grinder
Clean the mixer jar seal every week
Lift out the rubber ring under the blade and wash it. Old food there is what usually causes leaks and smells.
- 03Iron
Let the iron cool before you put it away
Wrap the cord loosely, never tight, and stand the iron on its heel. A tightly wrapped cord is the most common iron problem we see.
- 04Fan
Dust your fan every season
Unplug it, wipe the blades and vacuum the grill. Dust on the motor makes fans slow and noisy.
- 05Vacuum
Empty the vacuum filter often
A full filter means weak suction and a hot motor. Tap it clean, or wash it and let it dry before you put it back.

Unplug it first
If something stops working, switch it off and tell us. Opening it while it is plugged in can turn a small problem into a big one.
